Join renowned naturopath Anthia Koullouros for an immersive and transformative journey designed for aspiring students and qualified naturopaths, herbalists, nutritionists, and holistic health practitioners. The Six-Month Online Mentoring Program offers a unique opportunity to establish and elevate your holistic health career.

Throughout this journey, participants will gain invaluable insights from Anthia’s 30 years of clinical expertise. Anthia believes that the missing element in becoming an established and successful holistic health practitioner is mentorship from a seasoned and accomplished professional. This program aims to shine a light on and focus on the often neglected parts of growth, guiding you through aspects of practice that are crucial yet frequently overlooked.

Anthia’s mentorship will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the holistic health field. Whether you are looking to refine your skills or gain new perspectives, this program will help you build a strong foundation and advance your practice to new heights.

The journey begins with a deep self-assessment and reflection to establish a solid foundation for growth. Participants will then explore the intricacies of conducting a thorough marketing audit, inspired by Seth Godin's philosophies, to create meaningful connections and deliver genuine value to their patients, clients and community. The program continues by helping participants clarify the changes they seek to make, both in their practice and in the lives of their patients or clients and identify the specific types of patients or clients they aim to serve.

Emphasising the importance of action, participants will learn to overcome the fear of the unknown and start testing and sharing their work. They will delve into the deeper reasons why clients might not choose their services, gaining insights to address potential barriers effectively. Modules on empathy, honouring, and validating clients' feelings and situations will equip participants with the skills to build trust and create supportive healing environments.

Additionally, the program underscores the significance of self-work for practitioners, emphasising personal growth and self-care as foundational to providing empathetic and effective care. Participants will explore the multifaceted reasons why patients don’t heal, from environmental and societal influences to emotional and mental barriers, and finally, the spiritual and energetic dimensions of healing.

Concluding with a focus on creating a cohesive and comprehensive brand, participants will learn to convey a consistent message across all touch points of their business. By maintaining visual consistency, a unified tone of voice, and a commitment to their brand’s values, they will create a strong, recognisable brand that resonates with their audience and builds trust.

About Anthia

Anthia Koullouros is a renowned naturopath whose career spans over three decades, exemplifying her profound dedication to holistic health and natural medicine. With degrees in Health Science, Naturopathy, Botanical Medicine, and Homeopathy, Anthia is more than a clinician; she is a passionate educator, advocating for the integration of organic food, holistic health practices, and sustainable lifestyle choices into everyday life.

In 1994, soon after her graduation, Anthia launched her career by establishing Out of the Earth Health & Beauty Clinic in Paddington. This clinic was the genesis of her lifelong pursuit to weave holistic health into the everyday.

Anthia later founded the first organic lifestyle store in Sydney called Ovvio, The Organic Health & Lifestyle Store and Naturopathic Clinic, a charismatic olde worlde clinic reminiscent of traditional apothecaries and teahouses, located in the heart of Paddington. This venture became a community hub for those seeking natural health solutions, personal connection and restorative pots of tea.

Her deep-seated love for tea, instilled by her grandmother's traditional tea preparations, inspired Anthia to create Ovvio Organic Teas. This award-winning tea brand swiftly became recognised as Australia's premium organic tea company, beloved for its purity and unprocessed quality, found in some of the nation's top restaurants, cafes, and hotels.

Anthia also ventured into publishing with the I Am Food guidebook and recipe book in 2012, later consolidated into a hardcover version by Penguin in 2014, providing a comprehensive guide for transitioning to a wholefoods diet.

Within the pages of I Am Food, Anthia explains how to unscramble the scramble and transition from eating processed foods to delicious wholefoods that nurture body, soul and planet. Simple, nourishing, traditional dietary foundations underscore her philosophy, and Anthia is passionate about educating and inspiring people to take care of their minds and bodies with natural, sustainable solutions. By following Anthia's healthy and sensible approach to eating while removing pre-prepared, processed foods from your diet, every meal can contribute to joy and replenishment. Shopping lists, meal planners, and expert tips are provided, as well as more than eighty meal recipes and detailed cleansing tips. I Am Food prescribes herbal teas and food as medicine for ailments ranging from allergies to stress. Anthia also demonstrates how to eat seasonally, getting the most from your fresh produce while syncing the ancestral body with Earth’s cycles.

Today, Anthia can be found at Apothēca By Anthia, a health haven that marks the pinnacle of her career in holistic healing. This dynamic brand integrates a naturopathic clinic and apothecary where Anthia engages directly with her patients, crafting bespoke botanical remedies, teas, and tisanes tailored to their individual needs. It's here, in this nurturing environment, that Anthia continues her life's work.

Expanding her educational arm, Anthia established Akadēmeia By Anthia, a holistic academy offering both online and in-person courses. This educational platform serves not only aspiring health practitioners but also patients and the wider community who are keen to enhance their health literacy and take an active role in their own health and healing. The academy is committed to empowering individuals to manage their health effectively and deepen their understanding of holistic practices, embodying her philosophy of self-advocacy and comprehensive wellness. Anthia also shares her wealth of knowledge through her popular Substack newsletter, How To Holistically Heal, offering insights and strategies for a comprehensive approach to health.

Anthia’s philosophy underscores the interconnectedness of personal health with global environmental well-being. Advocating for a non-toxic, chemical-free lifestyle, Anthia has long been a supporter of ethical farming and sustainable living, advancing the once-fringe notion that transforming our health – and consciousness – not only heals individuals but re-stitches communities and supports the living world. Through her work, Anthia challenges us to rethink how our personal health choices can profoundly impact the environment, propelling a movement towards healing the planet starting, most lovingly, with ourselves.

We commence on Friday, 31st January 2025.

This module encourages you to delve into your own healing journey, understanding that your ability to guide others is directly influenced by the work you do on yourself.

Module Nine

Why Patients Don’t Heal Part One – Weeks 17 & 18

  • Module Nine delves into the intricate layers that contribute to the often elusive nature of healing. This part of the mentoring program begins by exploring our estrangement from the environment and critiquing the structures and systems that govern our wellness. It offers a thorough inquiry into the deficiencies of conventional medicine and examines the dynamic between healers and those seeking healing. We will also explore the critical role that community plays in our recovery, emphasizing how collective support can enhance healing processes. Additionally, this module celebrates the transformative power of beauty and enchantment—how these elements serve not just to uplift spirits but also to forge and reinforce our bonds with the living world. Understanding these outer realms provides a foundational perspective on the broader societal and environmental influences that affect patient healing.

Module Ten

Why Patients Don’t Heal Part Two – Weeks 19 & 20

  • Continuing our exploration in Module Ten, we transition to the Inner Realms, embarking on an introspective journey across our mental and emotional landscapes. This module confronts the educational gaps that hamper health literacy and the discord between our lived values and actions. We will delve into the cognitive hurdles that stifle our thoughts and the emotional barricades—from fear and anxiety to depression—that obstruct our journey to wellness. This section also touches on the profound sense of disconnection from our own selves and from the collective human experience, the internal discord of self-rejection, and the heartache of personal loss. By laying bare these psychological constructs, we gain insight into the emotional and mental barriers that patients often face, providing a deeper understanding of the internal challenges to healing.

Module Eleven

Why Patients Don’t Heal Part Three – Weeks 21 & 22

  • In Module Eleven, we venture into the Invisible Realms, grappling with the subtler aspects of being—those that elude the physical and reside in the realms of soul, spirit, and the intangible. This module addresses the echoes of ancestral voices and the alignment of purpose and passion, examining how these factors influence our energy fields and impede our healing. We will explore the depths of our consciousness, investigating the stages of development through various models and highlighting the lost art of adulthood and the rites of passage that mark our evolutionary journey. By understanding these invisible realms, we can appreciate the spiritual and energetic dimensions of healing, recognizing the importance of aligning our inner and outer worlds to facilitate true, holistic recovery.

Module Twelve

Bringing It Together in a Cohesive Offering - Comprehensive Branding – Weeks 23 & 24

  • Creating a cohesive and comprehensive brand is essential to convey a consistent message across all touchpoints of your business. This involves ensuring that every interaction with your brand reflects its core values and identity, whether through your website, social media, emails, or even the colours and fonts you choose. Your website should be visually appealing and easy to navigate, with content that aligns with your brand’s voice and tone, providing a seamless user experience with clear calls to action. On social media, maintain visual consistency using the same profile pictures, cover photos, and brand colours, and develop a content strategy that mixes educational posts, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes looks, and promotions, all while engaging regularly with your audience. For email communications, use branded templates and maintain a consistent tone, personalizing emails to make clients feel valued. Your visual identity should include a consistent colour palette, readable fonts, and a logo used appropriately across all materials. Define your brand voice—whether professional, friendly, authoritative, or compassionate—and maintain it in all content and interactions. Train your team to reflect your brand’s values in customer service, encouraging and utilizing client feedback to improve services. For physical branding, ensure your packaging and printed materials are branded to reflect your aesthetic and values. By maintaining visual consistency, a unified tone of voice, and a commitment to your brand’s values, you create a strong, recognizable brand that resonates with your audience and builds trust, providing a seamless and engaging experience across all interactions.
