21 Day Seasonal Cleanse
Preparation Week · 21-Day Seasonal Cleanse · Transition week · Included in Seasonal Renewals
You are automatically included in every Renewal. Your pricing stays as it is, and your access is already in place.
The word "cleanse" is often associated with restrictive diets, juices, powders, laxatives or promises to remove toxins from the body. Our liver, kidneys, digestive tract, lungs and other organs are already involved in processing and eliminating waste products every day.
Our Seasonal Cleanse is about supporting normal physiological function through good nourishment and healthy daily practices, rather than attempting to force or accelerate detoxification. We focus on real, whole foods, seasonal produce, adequate nourishment, hydration, digestion, sleep, movement and rest. We also take the opportunity to reduce some of the foods and habits that may have become excessive or less supportive of our wellbeing.
Think of it as a period of renewed attention to how you live and care for yourself.
Our health deserves attention long before illness or exhaustion arrives. We can begin with our next meal, our next walk, an earlier night, a little more time outdoors or the decision to prepare nourishing food for the week ahead. The changing seasons offer a natural opportunity to revisit these practices. The 21 Day Seasonal Cleanse is an invitation to begin again, with knowledge, nourishment and support. This reset speaks to you if you’re noticing...
Gut health that's not quite settled — bloating, irregularity, sluggish digestion
Immunity that dips more than you'd like it to
Skin, hair or nails that lost their shine over winter
Hormonal rhythms that feel out of step
Weight that's crept on, or metabolic markers worth paying attention to — blood sugar, cardiovascular health
A body carrying more inflammation, or more sensitivity to allergens and environmental load, than feels comfortable
Seasonal allergies or food intolerances that flare as spring pollen returns
A simple, timely pull toward a seasonal reset
An Optional Addition to Your Seasonal Cleanse
Decades of Clinical Experience, Hundreds of Cleanses, Grounded in Research
Weight & Metabolic Health — The Bone Broth 5:2 approach may support weight loss by reducing calorie intake on two days each week. Combined with nourishing whole foods and fewer refined sugars, this approach may also help improve insulin sensitivity, blood sugar regulation and appetite control, supporting healthier metabolic function over time.
Gut & Digestive Health — Give your digestive system a break from refined and highly processed foods, with the option to temporarily reduce gluten-containing grains and dairy. Nourishing bone broths, fresh herbs, seasonal vegetables and a variety of whole foods can support digestion and bowel regularity. Bone broth also provides amino acids, including glycine and glutamine, which play roles in maintaining the intestinal lining, although direct evidence that bone broth repairs a leaky gut or relieves IBS remains limited.
Immune Health — Nourish your immune system with an abundance of seasonal vegetables, fruits, leafy greens, herbs, quality proteins and healthy fats. These whole foods provide essential nutrients, including vitamins A, C and D, zinc, iron and selenium, that support healthy immune function. Nourishing bone stock broths offer additional protein, amino acids and hydration to help replenish the body and support overall wellbeing.
Skin, Hair & Nail Health — Nourish your skin, hair and nails from within with seasonal whole foods rich in protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, zinc, iron and vitamins A, C and E. These nutrients support collagen production, skin repair, healthy hair growth and strong nails. Bone stock broths provide additional collagen-derived amino acids and gelatin, helping supply the building blocks needed to maintain healthy skin and connective tissue.
Hormonal Health & Balance — Support healthy hormone function with five weeks of nourishing whole foods, quality proteins, healthy fats and seasonal vegetables. By reducing refined sugars and highly processed foods, while prioritising nutrients essential for hormone production and metabolism, we create a foundation for healthier blood sugar regulation, menstrual health, energy and overall hormonal wellbeing.
Inflammation, Allergies & Environmental Load — Help reduce dietary contributors to inflammation by replacing highly processed foods, refined oils, artificial additives and excess sugar with antioxidant-rich seasonal vegetables, fruits, herbs, quality proteins and healthy fats. You may also choose to temporarily eliminate gluten-containing grains and dairy, allowing you to observe how your body responds when these foods are gradually reintroduced. This can help you better understand your individual food sensitivities, digestive symptoms and overall wellbeing.
Energy, Clarity & Restoration — Nourishing meals, steadier blood sugar, hydration and consistent routines lift your energy and sharpen your concentration, while restorative sleep, gentle movement and daily rituals calm the nervous system, ease stress and support recovery.
Detoxification & Elimination — Support your body's natural detoxification and elimination processes with nourishing whole foods, antioxidant-rich seasonal vegetables, bitter greens, fresh herbs and plenty of fibre. These foods provide essential nutrients that support liver function, digestion and bowel regularity. Alongside adequate hydration, Apothēca by Anthia's specially formulated Cleanse Tisanes bring traditional herbal support to the liver, kidneys and digestive system, helping you nourish and care for the organs responsible for processing and eliminating waste.
Beyond the Plate — Renew Your Environment. Our surroundings influence our health and wellbeing too. Use your Seasonal Renewal as an opportunity to declutter and organise your home and workspace, invite in fresh air, reduce screen time and reconnect with nature. A healthier, calmer environment can help reduce stress, improve focus and make more room for restorative sleep, movement, meaningful connections and the everyday rituals that nourish us.
Low-Tox Living — We are shaped by what we eat and by the products we use. Learn how to transition to natural, low-tox products that work, from your kitchen and cleaning cupboard to your personal care routine.

A whole-environment reset
A cleanse doesn't stop at the plate. Let this be the season you clear the physical space around you too — declutter the home, tidy the workspace, open the windows and let stale air move through. Spend less time on screens and more time on what actually restores you: movement outdoors, real conversation, stillness. A lighter environment supports a lighter body.
There's something special about beginning and completing a Seasonal Renewal together. You'll be part of a supportive community of people making time for their health, sharing experiences, asking questions, exchanging ideas and encouraging one another along the way. Through live Zoom gatherings, ongoing guidance and our private community board, you'll have opportunities to learn from others, celebrate your progress and stay motivated. Whether you join us for one Seasonal Renewal or all four throughout the year, the connection doesn't have to end after five weeks. You're welcome to continue sharing, asking questions and staying connected through our private community board throughout the year. It's a shared experience that makes caring for your health more enjoyable, meaningful and sustainable.
You can join us for one, two or three Seasonal Renewals, or enrol in The Four Seasons Renewal to enjoy all four — Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring. Each season offers fresh recipes, health education and guidance to help you build on what you've learned and establish sustainable habits throughout the year.
Plenty! You'll enjoy seasonal vegetables, leafy greens, fruits, quality proteins, healthy fats, nuts, seeds and nourishing home-cooked meals. We gently pare back caffeine, alcohol, added sugars and highly processed ingredients. You may also choose to temporarily reduce gluten-containing grains and dairy. Everything is by invitation, with the flexibility to adapt the program to your individual needs.
No. Our Cleanse is centred around eating nourishing, nutrient-rich whole foods, not deprivation or calorie restriction. We also off optional approaches, such as the Bone Broth 5:2 Diet, for those who wish to explore them and for whom they are suitable.
We encourage you to gradually reduce caffeine, alcohol, added sugars and highly processed foods during Preparation Week. Temporarily reducing gluten-containing grains or dairy is optional. The intention is to make more room for nutritious whole foods and observe how your body responds, rather than impose rigid food rules.
The program is designed for everyday life. Our Seasonal Recipe Library includes practical meals, batch-cooking ideas and simple ways to prepare nourishing food without spending hours in the kitchen. You can adapt your meal planning and preparation to suit your work, family and lifestyle commitments.
Each Seasonal Renewal begins in the first week of its respective season, with one exception: Summer. Here in the Southern Hemisphere, summer stretches across the end and beginning of the calendar year, so we begin The Summer Renewal in the first week of January, giving everyone time to enjoy the festive season before starting the new year. Autumn Renewal starts the first week of March. Winter Renewal starts the first week of June. Spring Renewal starts the first week of September. Exact dates will be posted closer to each date.
The program offers a flexible whole-food approach, but not every dietary practice is appropriate for everyone. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, taking medication or have a history of disordered eating, you may need individual guidance before participating. Optional fasting approaches are not suitable for everyone.
You'll receive guidance from Anthia and her team, seven live Zoom Q&A sessions, seasonal recipes, practical health education and access to our private Staying Healthy Together community. You can ask questions, share experiences and receive encouragement throughout the program.
We finish with Transition Week, when you can gradually reintroduce foods you've chosen to avoid, reflect on how you feel and decide which habits you'd like to maintain. You'll also have three months of access to The Food Audit, Seasonal Recipe Library, Health Resource Library and Staying Healthy Together community to ask daily questions and Live Zoom support.
