I graduated as a naturopath, homoeopath, and herbalist at the end of 1994 and started consulting almost immediately. My Naturopathic Clinic, Apothecary, and Apotheca by Anthia Tea & Tisane Store is located in Surry Hills, Sydney Australia. This is where you will find me seeing patients, blending herbal tonics and creating teas & tisanes. Akademeia by Anthia, our online portal, is where you will find my Courses & Programs, based on 30 years of Naturopathic know how & clinical experience. Akadēmeia is the Greek word for academy. The name traces back to Plato's school of philosophy, founded approximately 385 BC at Akademia, a sanctuary of Athena, the goddess of wisdom and skill. It was an area outside of the Athens city walls that originally held a sacred grove and later contained a religious precinct and a public gymnasium.
