Leveraging three decades of naturopathic expertise and numerous success stories, I have developed four safe, effective, and simple seasonal cleanse programs. These programs are free from fads or gimmicks, focusing instead on the natural wisdom your body naturally recognises.  Over a few weeks of releasing toxins, embracing mindful nutrition, and engaging in daily self-care routines, you will experience the transformative power of fresh, vibrant, nutrient-rich whole foods and organic herbal cleansing teas. 

Monthly Member Webinar Series

Each month, Anthia presents a 30-minute live teaching session, followed by a 30-minute community Q&A and sharing circle.

Members are invited to reflect, ask questions, and share insights and journalling inspired by the session. Each month introduces a distinctive theme, offering a well-structured and holistic approach to nurturing the mind, body, spirit, and shadow throughout the year. These themes are an invitation to pause, reflect, and engage in self-inquiry—deepening your understanding of how each topic resonates with your personal healing journey. You’ll be encouraged to explore your relationship with each theme and gently assess:
