    Your membership includes access to all evergreen courses, wellness e-books, seasonal cleanses, monthly wellness gatherings with Q&A (live online webinars), private community spaces, and a members-only newsletter.

  • 2. How do I join the community and connect with Anthia?

    Once you sign up, you’ll receive access to our Thinkific Community where you can interact with Anthia, ask questions, and join cleanse or event discussions. You’ll also receive a welcome message to help you get started.

  • 3. Can I buy cleanses or courses individually?

    No. Cleanses are exclusively available through the membership. Some courses may be available for separate purchase, but all are included in your membership.

  • 4. How often are new courses or resources added?

    New content—including e-books, courses, or live session replays—is added on an ongoing basis. You’ll be notified via the members-only newsletter when new materials are available.

  • 5. Can I do a cleanse in my own time and at my own pace?

    Cleanses are recommended—and encouraged—to be started and completed together, as they are hosted by Anthia with daily support and guidance. There’s also a sense of accountability and shared momentum when we show up together as a group. However, if you join the Staying Healthy Together Club (SHTC) membership at any time, you can access the Seasonal Recipe eBook to download and keep, and complete the cleanse at your own pace. You’ll also have access to all the daily cleanse tutorials to support your journey.

  • 6. When are the monthly wellness gatherings (live online webinars)?

    Wellness gatherings are held once per month. Dates and topics are announced in advance in the member newsletter and on this landing page under Calendar of Offerings.

  • 7. Can I cancel my membership at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel at any time. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

  • 8. Will I get reminders for live sessions or cleanses?

    Yes, reminders are sent via email and posted in the community area. You’ll also see upcoming events listed on your Thinkific dashboard.
